  What Caribou lacks in food Einstein easily makes up for. The combination provides the yummiest breakfast and coffee around! I've never had issue with getting the wrong order but experienced the long wait times. Whether it's 5:30am Tuesday morning or 10am Saturday morning it's still a struggle to get out under 15 minutes which is super frustrating! The spot is cute though and good options for coffee and food. I'll keep leaving my house a few minutes early for a stop!

  Two days in a row they didn't get my order right. It's so frustrating especially when you tell them they got it wrong the day before so please make sure it's correct today and I still left with my order wrong. The lady that took my money was not friendly or she was mad that I mentioned it was wrong yesterday either way when I got my order and saw it was wring again I was going to say something but she walked away from the window so fast and was out of sight so I just drove off. As much as I love caribou I will no longer go to this establishment. I know it's just coffee and bagels but it's not exactly cheap.

  I have given this location so many tries. Because I freaking love these bagels. But it seems no matter how busy they are or are not, there is always some sort of issue. Typically, it's either the staff is rude and short, or the service is painfully slow. I think the previous time I was here it took over 15 minutes to get a bagel and there was hardly anyone in here. This past time I was here the gal that rang me up didn't even say hello as I stood there for maybe a minute then shortly said I'll help you over here. Didn't even say thank you or have a good day. Then as I was waiting for my bagel she was arguing with her co worker loudly for the whole restaurant to hear. Her annoying co worker was also asking her questions while she was trying to help me. They were both very rude to any customer they encountered. I get it. Customer service jobs suck. But you have a job and you have to suck it up and do it well. I work retail so I know what it's like to deal with people all day, so that's why I waited for like 5 visits to say anything about this place. I would come here a LOT more if they were more friendly and professional as well as proficient. But they just aren't.

  Had a great experience, came here to study with a friend and the staff was nothing but helpful and friendly, got my coffee quickly and the WiFi was fast! No complaints.
