  The food is still decent but the delivery has gone downhill. Last year I had a couple 10 minute deliveries (which is "freaky fast") but my last couple orders have arrived in just under an hour (which is "freaky slow"). I understand it was Friday lunchtime, but 1 hour delivery to a known business building 5 minutes away is just ridiculous.

  Super fast and nice people. This store has a drive through also (not seen very often) so you never have to leave your car.

  Seriously a 4.50$ delivery charge?!?!? Jimmy John Sandwiches are supposed to have all the costs of delivery baked into the normal price. 17$ to get a sandwich and a bag of chips delivered, what a flippin' rip-off. You'd think with that kind of charge I would get my sandwich in a reasonable amount of time....apparently 30mins is now consider "freaky fast". Sandwich had hard bread, did not include requested extra's.
