When I called about the mix-up on my order, I was only offered a coupon to be mailed to me. The person I spoke to apologized for the mistake and said they would speak to their team about it. Then they took down my name and address, verified that it was correct, and assured me that the coupon would be mailed the next day. I'm incredibly upset that they did not follow through on making amends and will no longer visit this McDonald's location.November 15, 2016
